Very Good

once my room was changed. the room met my expectations. it was clean and comfortable and the facilities were great, amazing brunch and servicea.

the first room before it got changed had very few working electrical sockets, the bed was past due, lumpy and I could feel the springs. the bathroom wasn't very clean behind the toilet. the second room was a big improvement but the AC unit would freeze and leak condensation all over the wall.

This is my second time here at MG Grand. Will stay again. Staff are nice and accommodating.

Staff were helpful.

Faster replenishment of food will be nice. More fresh fruits please. Food choices was limited.

MG Grand felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of the Freeport zone. I did enjoy that MG Grand was walking distance to the mall, duty-free store, bars, and restaurants. Staff were very respectful and accommodating. Hotel was clean and pristine. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Don't stay in this hotel for the views because there is none. Wifi here is very spotty and fails at times. (This needs attentions asap).

Pleasant stay and was good accommodation for the area. Would stay again.

Location and rooms were good for the area

Restaurant food was okay, no decent coffee and when I made payment at the hotel was at a higher cost than advertised on site I booked through

breakfast, was ok, but bland tasting, toaster could be turned up to toast , not just heat the bread, even after sending through 2 times, barley toast, no color of toast

no internet connection in room 6076, too late at night to deal with it and the front desk, had early morning flight, just used my data on my cell phone. notified front desk on check out.

What was the highlight of MG Grand Hotel

The staff are polite and friendly and always greet you. The location is great. It's an easy walk to Harbor Point Mall and to the beach, but far enough away from Pier One so as not to hear their loud music all night. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from. Subic Bay Freeport Zone is a very safe and secure place to walk around, even late at night. The rooftop pool is fantastic and the view is as good as shown in the website. Strangely though, the ground floor restaurant has no view, yet the 5th floor gym has an awesome view and nobody enjoying it - perhaps they should have been built the other way around.

We had a great time here..Love the view by the poolside and the lobby and room interiors here. Service is great and price is reasonable during peak holidays.Although we had to wait for our room till 3pm and checked in late, they were fair enough and agreed to a late check out for our 2 rooms.

Friendly helpful staff excellent complimentary shuttle to/from Victory Liner and complimentary service within Freeport. Outside freeport competitive rates. Good rooftop pool nice and quiet at night comfortable and clean rooms safety deposit box

The roof top swimming pool was excellent and to watch the sunsets having a cold San mig light The rooms were very clean and the power shower was superb and still looked as new considering the hotel had been opened for 2 years. The only down side was our view from the balcony overlooked derelict land which was over grown and had rubbish dumped on !!!!

The room is okay but not it seems that they have just put in 2 queen size without thinking because the bathroom is not easily accessible due to space constraints. Further, the bathroom locked is not properly maintained. Their presidential suite which has the best view is so pricey. The personnel at the check in counter are courteous and so with the doorman and bellboys.
